Many banks with pre-approved short sales want to close out their books in the next few weeks. If you see a short sale…make ANY offer on it–If the bank doesn’t like it, they will counter.

Hard to find pool!

It costs about $50,000 to put in a pool and surround…..if you can find a home with a great pool, the price is usually less than if you bought a home and added a pool. Buy it! They are Way easier to maintain than you tphink.

Did you see the KC Star this Sunday? Usually they write about 60 days behind what agents in the field experience….I can tell you this article was the real deal. I think our Sellers are realizing that homes are for living, not leveraging. Our quantity of homes sold is up, but them prices are still falling. Hang in there people!
